My thoughts on modding Payday 2: I personally think as long as you aren’t affecting anyone else’s game or enjoyment then it’s fine. I have never cheated my way to infamies or spawned things on heists etc. Using a color filter to alter how the game looks or add skill-sets seems very plain and doesn’t hurt anyone.

For example, if you enter a public lobby and you have the mod that gives you the ingredients immediately for cooking on rats, some people may not like that. Be courteous of other peoples opinions and how they want to play the game. At the end of the day, playing video games is about having fun, and the how part of that can vary very differently between players 🙂
